Our Cleaning Process — How Precimax Clean Delivers Documented Quality

IICRC certified methods. SafetyCulture records. The same standard on every visit.

Precimax Clean operates a documented commercial cleaning process built on three foundations — IICRC certification that verifies our technical methods, a SafetyCulture digital inspection system that records every visit, and an ISO 9001/14001/45001 aligned management system that governs how we induct staff, execute services, and manage quality. This is how we deliver the same standard consistently, across 500+ clients and all 53 Perth suburbs.

Why a Documented Process Matters

Consistency Is the Whole Job

In commercial cleaning, the first clean is almost always good. The fifth one, three months in, is where most providers fall apart — corners get cut, the regular cleaner leaves, the scope drifts, and nobody notices until you do.

Our process exists to stop that drift. Every site has a written scope. Every visit generates an inspection record. Every team has a supervisor. Every quarter we review what’s working. It’s not glamorous, but it’s the difference between a service that holds up at month one and one that still holds up at year five. Our professional cleaning system in Perth applies the same scope discipline, supervisor audits and inspection routine across every officemedical centreindustrial site or retail space we service.

The Six Steps

From First Call to Ongoing Service

The full Precimax Clean commercial cleaning process in Perth — each step explained, with what we do, what you do, and what you'll have at the end of it.

01

Free Site Assessment

Every Precimax Clean engagement begins with a free in-person site assessment — not a phone quote, not a per-square-metre estimate based on floor plan. We visit your premises, identify all cleaning areas, assess compliance requirements (WHS, infection control, food safety, police clearance), and understand your specific operational constraints — access times, security requirements, scheduling restrictions.

The site assessment generates a written cleaning scope that defines exactly what will be cleaned, how often, with what products, and to what standard. Both parties review and agree to this document before any work begins. The written scope is the reference point for the entire engagement.

02

Dedicated Team Induction

Your allocated cleaning team attends a site-specific induction before their first visit. They walk through your premises, learn your layout, understand your access procedures and security requirements, and are briefed on any specific cleaning standards or restrictions relevant to your site.

We maintain the same team on your site for every visit. This is not just a preference — it is a fundamental requirement for consistent quality. A team that knows your site, your preferences, and your standards delivers better results than a rotating roster of people encountering your premises for the first time each visit.

03

IICRC-Certified Cleaning Execution

Every Precimax Clean service is executed using IICRC-certified cleaning methods — independently audited technical standards, not internal procedures we created ourselves. Our specific IICRC certifications include WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician) and FSRT (Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician), with firm IICRC certification governing our overall cleaning methodology.

We use commercial-grade equipment matched to the service type — industrial extraction equipment for carpet cleaning, high-pressure systems for tile and grout, and appropriate sanitisation products for medical and food service environments. Product selection is aligned to our ISO 14001 environmental management commitment — biodegradable, low-residue chemistry that is safe for your staff and compliant with environmental standards.

04

SafetyCulture Inspection and Documentation

Every cleaning visit closes with a SafetyCulture inspection record — generated by our team using the SafetyCulture platform (formerly iAuditor). The record is timestamped to the minute, geotagged to your premises, and includes area-by-area task completion sign-off and photo evidence of completed work.

This record is available to you on request at any time. For facility managers, it replaces verbal assurances with documented evidence. For building managers and asset managers, it provides the documentation trail that institutional property oversight requires. For businesses subject to compliance audits — health, food safety, or departmental — it provides contemporaneous evidence of cleaning standard maintenance.

05

Quality Review and Corrective Action

Supervisor reviews are conducted on a scheduled basis across all sites — completing the Master HSEQ Inspection Form that forms the highest tier of our three-level inspection system. This review assesses cleaning standard, staff performance, equipment condition, and any site-specific compliance requirements.

Where the review identifies any gap between the agreed standard and actual delivery, our documented corrective action process is triggered. The issue is recorded in SafetyCulture, the corrective action is assigned and tracked, and closure is verified before the record is closed. This is what quality management looks like in practice — not just identifying problems, but documenting resolution and preventing recurrence.

06

Performance Review and Client Communication

At scheduled intervals — quarterly for most clients — we conduct a formal performance review with the client. We review SafetyCulture inspection scores, completion rates, any corrective actions raised and closed, and any client feedback received during the period.

This review is the mechanism for keeping the service aligned to your evolving needs. If your business grows, your premises change, or your compliance requirements shift, the performance review is where we adjust the cleaning scope to match. The written scope is a living document — updated when your requirements change, reviewed formally at least annually.

Systems Behind the Process

How We Control Quality on Every Perth Site

The six-step process is the framework — these are the operational systems that make our structured cleaning approach actually deliver, every visit, every site, every team across Perth.

01

Documented Scope of Work

Free Site Assessment Every Precimax Clean engagement begins with a free in-person site assessment — not a phone quote, not a per-square-metre estimate based on floor plan.

02

SafetyCulture Inspection Records

Every visit generates a timestamped digital inspection record — area-by-area sign-off, photos where relevant, flagged issues for follow-up. Available to you monthly, automatically, or on request.

03

Supervisor Audits on Schedule

Site supervisors run scheduled audits — checking the work against the scope, photographing key areas, signing off the record. Quality isn't accidental — it's audited and documented.

04

Quarterly Site Reviews

Built into every engagement — we walk the site with you, review the inspection history, talk through any issues, and refine the scope if your needs have changed. Continuous improvement aligned with ISO 9001.

Why Our Process Is Different

System-Based, Not Checklist-Based

Three differences that separate our structured commercial cleaning process from the typical Perth cleaner — visible on every site, verifiable in every record.

System-Based, Not Checklist-Based

Most cleaners
Hand a checklist to whoever shows up that day. Hope the boxes get ticked.

Precimax Clean
Documented scope, trained dedicated team, SafetyCulture inspection record on every visit. The system delivers consistency, not the checklist.

Audited, Not Unsupervised

Most cleaners
Cleaner shows up after-hours, no oversight, no audit, no record. You hope it got done.

Precimax Clean
Site supervisors run scheduled audits against the scope. Inspections are timestamped, photo-evidenced and available to you on request.

Structured, Not Reactive

Most cleaners
Wait for you to complain, then patch the issue. Drift goes unnoticed for months.

Precimax Clean
Quarterly site reviews built into every engagement. Drift caught early, scope refined, service evolves with your business — aligned with ISO 9001 continual improvement.

A structured cleaning approach isn't an upgrade. It's the baseline — and it's what makes consistency possible.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

A SafetyCulture inspection record is a digital document generated by our cleaning team at the completion of every visit. It is timestamped to the minute, geotagged to your premises location, and includes area-by-area task completion sign-off and photo evidence. It replaces verbal 'it was done' assurances with objective, timestamped documentation. For facility managers, it is auditable evidence of cleaning completion. For compliance purposes, it is contemporaneous documentation that the cleaning standard was maintained.
IICRC — Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification — is the only independently audited cleaning standard in Australia. Unlike self-issued quality claims, IICRC certification is assessed by an external body and must be maintained through ongoing compliance. It confirms that our cleaning methods are grounded in verified technical standards. For commercial cleaning clients, it means the company you have engaged has had its methodology independently assessed — not simply claimed to be professional.
Before any cleaning begins, we produce a written cleaning scope — a document that defines exactly what will be cleaned, how often, with what products, and by which team. Both parties review and agree to this document before first visit. The scope forms the basis of our SafetyCulture inspection checklists — every inspection record is measured against the agreed scope. If the scope needs updating as your requirements change, we update it by mutual agreement.
Team allocation is a fixed component of every Precimax Clean engagement. Your site is allocated to a specific team at the commencement of the contract, and that allocation is maintained. Where a team member is unavailable, we notify you in advance and manage the substitution — we do not send whoever is available that day without your knowledge. Consistency of team is the foundation of consistency of result.
Our documented corrective action process is triggered whenever an inspection identifies a gap between the agreed standard and actual delivery. The issue is recorded in SafetyCulture, corrective action is assigned to a responsible team member, and closure is verified before the record is closed. The corrective action record is available to you. We do not consider a problem resolved until it is documented as resolved — and we track recurrence to prevent patterns from developing.
Yes — SafetyCulture inspection records for your site are available to you on request at any time. For clients who want regular access to inspection data, we can provide a reporting summary at your preferred frequency — monthly or quarterly. For asset managers or building owners requiring documentation for reporting purposes, records are available in the format required.
